5. Delivery
Marang Group currently delivers across North West Province and select surrounding areas. Delivery terms, schedules, and minimum order quantities are agreed individually with each stockist or client. We reserve the right to decline orders that fall outside our current delivery capacity or geographic coverage.
Risk in goods passes to the customer upon delivery. Any delivery claims (short delivery, damaged goods) must be reported to us within 24 hours of receipt.
6. Product Quality
We take product quality seriously. Our still water is lab tested per batch and our eggs are sourced from our own farm where broiler chickens are well looked after. If you receive a product that does not meet the standard described, contact us within 24 hours of delivery and we will investigate and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement or credit.
